The interactions with my students are respectful, and I foster collaboration among them. I work every day to create a space where they feel safe and that it is appropriate for learning. My instruction is dynamic, which keeps them involved in the lesson. I adapt different rooms as necessary and bring materials that are relevant and related to the lesson.
